Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your order, so we'll try to help you any way we can to make sure you are happy! First of all, if you have any questions, please contact us, we are here for you. In the meantime, this is our RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY.


We are happy to provide Refunds or Replacement for any item received that either has been damaged in transit or shows manufacture damages. In either case, please contact us as soon as possible, make sure to include you order information and photos of the damage/s, we will make sure to create a support ticket for your refund or exchange. Since the item has been received damaged, we will take care of the return shipping cost (if you have to send it back to us) and send you a pre-paid label. We will advise you whether you need to send the item back to us. Please note that we will need to receive all order-related information and the item back within 30 days to process the exchange.

However, we cannot issue refunds nor exchanges for any other reason. So, if you need to change the size, color, model, etc. you will have to submit a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. However, this is due to the fact that all our products are custom-made which means we specifically create them for you and cannot be restocked nor resold. In fact, any item that we receive back, we donate to charity.


If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours from the time you place the order online and we will be happy to adjust it for you. However, after 24 hours, it's no longer possible to change or cancel the order, as we have already started working on it.


Please note that all items are MADE-TO-ORDER and it takes between 7 to 15 business days for us to manufacture each item and ship it to you. Shipping on the other hand can take from 2 to 15 days depending on where you are located and what kind of shipping you opt for. During check out, you can choose from ground/standard shipping to priority. International Shipments may take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks. You will receive email notification with updates on your order and shipment so you will know when to expect it.


Please get in touch with us if you don't receive your package. For insurance purposes, we need to wait 30 days to officially declare a package lost. Once it's declared lost, we can send you a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that if a package is misplaced or stolen after being delivered, we won't be able to replace it.
